Body & Bath Products FAQ's

All of our bath and body products are handmade with the highest quality ingredients, cruelty free and created specifically to bring you the experience of being pampered at home. 

Orders will ship within 7-10 business days of receipt from our headquarters in Dallas, TX to the Continental United States only. Orders will be updated with tracking information as soon as they are shipped. Please allow 24-36 hours for tracking to update in the USPS system.

Refunds must be requested within 3 business days of package receipt. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Summer Shipping Tips: From May - Aug orders containing Triple Butter Body Mousse need to be delivered to an address where they will be retrieved immediately. The texture of your Body Mousse will change and revert back to oils after prolonged heat exposure. Melting does not change the properties of the oil and placing it in the refrigerator may help return it to more of a solid form. Vivian Rose will not be responsible for melted body butter and they will not be replaced.

Our products are made in small batches. While we do our best to ensure continuity, product color or consistency may vary slightly.
